Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the collectible and vintage nature of our retro video games, consoles, accessories, and collectibles, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed.

Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. Most items are pre-owned and may show normal wear consistent with age.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 323kingofgames@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and work to resolve the problem when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

All retro games, consoles, accessories, collectibles, trading cards, sale items, gift cards, special orders, and bundled items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

High-Risk Orders

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order flagged as high-risk or suspected of fraudulent activity, including mismatched billing information, unauthorized payments, or suspicious behavior.
